Principal's Message
Dear Centerville Families,

Thank you so much for your kindness during last week's Staff Appreciation Week!  The treats were amazing!
Our Centerville Reading Festival is officially underway!  This year's theme- "Every Hero Has a Story . . ." The kick-off ceremony was enjoyed by all students and staff alike.  Take note of the purple information sheet that went home on Friday.  Students will need to log their reading minutes to help their team.  The rainy days ahead will provide some good reading opportunities.  Please encourage your children to read during the festival which lasts until June 8th.

SAVE THE DATE:  Friday, May 25thEarly Release @12pm-During the morning we will have a school-wide clean up event and a flag ceremony out front (weather permitting).  Please stay tuned for further details and volunteer opportunities.

As the Spring weather is here we love to see the number of students who walk and ride to school.  Please be mindful to drive slowly in the school community as we have lots of walkers and bikers around.

This is our final week of MCAS testing.  Thank you for helping your student prepare with sleep, attendance and a good breakfast.

Happy Mother's Day- we hope you are all being properly honored!

Take care,

Message from Mayor Cahill's Office:
Dear Beverly Public School Parents and Guardians,

The City of Beverly is partnering with our school Administration and school PTOs in an effort to promote more children walking, biking, taking the bus or carpooling to school. To this end, we have created an online survey to gather information on the transportation methods you typically use to get to and from school. This survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and your input will be invaluable in furthering efforts to make getting to school safer and smarter for everyone. As a special bonus, those who complete the survey are welcome to leave their name and email address at the end of the survey to be entered into a raffle to win a $25 gift card to a local Beverly restaurant. Thank you very much for your time.

(In this survey, there are questions specific to elementary school students, middle school students and high school students. If you do not have a student at a particular school, please skip that section of the survey.)
